Please ensure that your full name is within the email as this will aid us in processing your request more efficiently.

You will never be asked to send any other personal information by email i.e student name user name or password, nor will we send any such data to you in reply.

You will receive a reply to your email usually within two working days advising that your password has been reset to your original password, at your next login you will be required to change the password to something new.
